“Acropolis Panorama” is situated on a large plot of land to the West of the center of Peyia Village. The plot is amphitheatric in shape, with large level changes and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, including unobstructed views of the coastline of Coral Bay and the proposed Marina site.   

A large part of plot borders an adjacent public green area. Access to the site is easy and only a 15 minutes to the center of Paphos town.   Access to the beaches is just a five minute drive into Coral Bay.
 
The project consists of nine apartment buildings, a group of twenty six town homes and eight villas with private swimming pools and basements.
 
The apartment buildings are organized around a linear piazza finished in marble and complete with grassed areas, seating, trees and water features. At its eastern end is a swimming pool with built in Jacuzzi and waterfall feature. Opposite, the sea view unfolds. Below the piazza is the large underground parking area, accessible by staircases and lifts.   The piazza is also the entrance point to the administration office and from there access is afforded to a lower level which houses the spa / gym area with bar and large outdoor balcony. Below that, following the natural contour of the terrain, there is access to the indoor heated pool / Jacuzzi area and then to the outdoor pool for adults and a smaller one for children. The outdoor pool area has ample space for lounging / sunbathing, enjoys extensive sea views and borders the public green area.
 
All apartments enjoy sea and mountain views. All have large balconies; some have patios and gardens and others have huge roof gardens which can be furnished with private Jacuzzis and BBQ areas.   Almost all apartments are accessible to people with disabilities. The construction and finish material selection will be of the highest quality. All apartments will be delivered with separate storage facilities in the basement area.
 
The town homes will be grouped close to the gated entry and most will be equipped with private parking, yard and basement. Access to the public areas will be easy and all will enjoy extensive views.
 
The villas will all have private pools and be grouped in strategic locations to maximize views and privacy. A full basement with parking and service areas will be provided for all villas and optional sauna and gym will be available.
